Atleast GGG fights his Mandatories, ex Jacobs and doesnt Vacate. How is that offer working out for Canelo? GGG and his team know that they can get more out of Canelo and they will because on the eyes of most people Canelo is seen as the Ducker for Vacating. There is a reason his stock has devaluated.

You came at me talking about his age and how it didn't make a difference. To me, that shows your ignorance as a 23 yr old fighter rarely is better then his 26 yr old version. Add to that, that Canelo was drained to 52. And yes weight does matter, that's why Floyd had him come down to 52 in the first place... I know the game. Stating all facts and if I was Floyd id rather face mcgregor and get laid the same or more than facing a bull like Canelo... I know he has nothing to prove and that's why I said his hof career... But adding a mw title would only add to it. Come correct if you wanna speak to me lil boy

I see what you mean but i dont think it would make a difference against Floyd, 23 or 26. He is definitely better at 26 but i dont think it matter against Floyd, maybe against other fighters.

We all know Floyd doesnt care about his legacy, a lot of his fights were handpicked, which is what Canelo is doing now. Easy fights for big money, but once in a while it would be nice to test yourself imo

I didnt, but what can you do when Eubank doesnt sign and Kell Brook does. Daniel Jacobs is GGG toughest oppent, and i am glad the fight is happening. Jacobs is a tougher challenge for GGG than Canelo. U remember how Jacobs destroyed Quillin.

Good point. Jacobs is bigger too and i think he hits harder than Canelo. Should be a good test for GGG

More power to ggg. At this level (canelos level) belts don't mean sh.it. Ggg will not make more money for the Canelo fight now that he is not the mandatory. He basically could of denied any offer Canelo threw at him that didn't equal to 45 percent of the split... Now he will get at the most 30...

I can agree with that, I wouldn't wanna come out of retirement after a long lay off and fight Canelo, if I had the chance to fight mcgregor for equal or more money. It's an easy choice. Before these fighters ever step in the ring, the business side of it had to be agreed upon. It's a business befor it's a sport. Sometimes that works against what us fans prefer but it's the truth. Floyd balling and enjoying his life. I wouldn't come back if I was him. He set

Who gives a ***, GGG is fighting Jacobs. Better fight than facing Canelo or Chavez jr.

"I spoke to Eric Gomez about this yesterday and it is in the Canelo-Chavez story. GB is offering a flat $15 million fee. GGG side wants a percentage of the event. It is a sticking point at the moment".

                    WTF???

Looks like GGG is SMOKING CRACK turning down $10,000,000. This fight doesn't happen because GGGready thinks his 97K PPV Buys is worth a damn.

I have not seen it imma have to check it out. Mcgregor had no chance against anyone with decent skills in boxing let alone the greatest of this generation. It'd be a joke of a fight! I would have to force myself to watch it. Mcgregor ko'd would be awesome though, can't stand that guy. He smart though, in a way... He doing what Floyd used to do. Becoming the person everyone wants to see lose and making tons of money off of that. Floyd is where he is financially not because of his fans support (although it for help) but because of all the people that wanted to see Floyd lose because of the way Floyd got under there skin ala mcgregor. Those are the people that made Floyd ****** rich
