I like your attitude...your a simplifier. Thing is these guys all have an expiration date and getting in...oh lets say, two more fights in a career, at a pop of taking home (after all expenses) a million or two, adds up. I sometimes wonder how much one can make that up negotiating, and if its really good for a guy pushing twilight years, who still has his moxy, not to come back with a liiiiitle more requested and get it done. If GGG is really that good then yes, by all means, take the fight KO Canelo and move on to the next. There is no question that junior has been characterized as a bit of a bum. I think he is talented, but very stationary. The actual fight will have action if nothing else. As much as it pains me, junior will probably get his 8-10 mil. they think Canelo can KO him and that it will look good hilite reel like! But...unlike the much better Cotto, Junior can turn it around with a punch. Canelo may learn that his boxing skills are not as good as he thought they were.
I can tell you that the negotiations are being tainted because two people think Canelo will win: Junior and Canelo. Junior wants to cash out with fruit loop money, Canelo knows junior is not serious. They have months to negotiate and thats because canelo's team wanted one and half year of delay after they vacated early 2016.
