I suppose that you could say Murray or Geale but I believe Jacobs is better than both so ....

It was obvious - to anybody who is capable of thinking rationally on the subject - that Loeffler was trying to make this fight all along, and that Jacobs was the one who was stalling, not GGG, because he wanted more money.
bullshht, it was not !
and, do you really wanna play the "told you so" game with me?

What this is is GGG is turning 35, and slowing down, so duckers like Jacobs finally decided to step up and fight him.
it was all going well until..... the dumb started coming out, again

Everyone on here should be clamouring for GGG to move up and face Zurdo and DeGale beat the best at 168 and get the ball rolling for an epic fight between the pound for pound no.1 Ward and GGG to find out who is the best in the sport.

Boxers that ducked/ducking GGG, fyi all of these are/were world champs.
1. Sturm --- wouldn't fight him for over 2 years when GGG was mandatory to him.
2. Quillin --- said he will only fight for the may-pac kind of money, lol + he flew to Haymon to avoid GGG
3. Martinez --- "His promoter said that "no way I am putting him with this monster", GGG kept calling him out after his U.S. debut after every fight
4. Cotto --- ducked his mandatory(GGG) twice by fighting Geale and Canelo
5. Chavez jr --- Turned down 12mil offer by TR
6. Canela --- Avoided his mando(GGG). Thinks that he is fighting at the weight-class of 155, as there is no such thing as a "155 weight-class" ,he is pretending to be not in the MW division because of GGG. There are 17 divisions just pick one, if you can't make 154 then you are a MW, simple. And then he dropped the belt when he had to fight GGG next, wow
7. Froch --- After calling GGG out then when GGG accepted ,he backed down and now he is retired after making all the fuss, + GGG was calling him for more than a year b4 he was retired so no excuses for "retiring". Carl said in a SkySports interview he will swerve GGG like the plague, he punches like a mule and there's no point getting in the ring with someone like him.
8. Ward --- The diva of the 168lb division don't want to travel or meet the a-side GGG in a catchweight so he can become a good boy and get ktfo. Was willing to goto 160 for Floyd but when GGG said 164, Ward ducked + he was fine when Dawson came down a whole division for him but wont move half a division for GGG, smh
9. Saunders --- Even before winning the WBO title from Lee his fear of Golovkin was as biright as day this is just one of many interviews(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJuwAz-ekoQ), then after winning it he priced himslef out at 6 mil$. Then turned down $3.2mill offer from k-2(its 2.2 gbp)
10. Eubank jr --- Very similar to Froch's duck of GGG, after calling GGG out he lost his pen when he had to sign
11. Jacobs --- asked for a life changing money and then said he need 18 months , lol gtfoh. now finally "called out" GGG then when time came to sign, "crickets"
12. Njikam --- When Hassaan was WBO champ, he was ordered to a purse bid to face Golovkin no less than two times and he was a no show each time.
13. Barker --- When Barker defeated Geale to become IBF champ, his promoter openly said that he will fight any1 except GGG, Golovkin offered to fight him in England practically free, his only demand was for them to give Team Golovkin 10 FREE tickets, Barker ducked.
14. Mundine --- Another blatant ducker, google it.
15. Soliman --- Soliman won the IBF title in 2014 from Sturm, immedietly after winning the title he called out GGG, then GGG fought his countryman Geale. He saw the fight and changed his mind stating he will NOT fight GGG after what he saw.
16. Zbik --- Just like sturm, protected by Universum.
..... uh, fk off LMAO
..... there is Murray, Pepe Le Pew, and now possibly Jacobs
a good start..... but most of the big fish " got away "

that is pretty much how I see it
level counts, absolutely..... but so does weight, and Brook is not a middleweight..... Golovkin confirmed that himself, immediately following the fight
I think that even Lemieux was a better win than Brook, because at least he had a punchers chance..... Brook could compete with Golovkin technically, and even shade him in area's, but he could not keep Golovkin honest..... whereas Lemieux - despite not being a top fighter - could at least get Golovkin's respect.....
..... had Brook adapted to the weight it would be different..... but he went from weighing 147 for Bizier, to nearly 30lb's heavier at the 30-day weighin for Golovkin, at 176..... no idea what he was trying to do, but it is clearly obvious that he fk'd up the weight
he had to either..... face Golovkin at close to his best fighting weight and beat him as the smaller man..... or take a crash course on moving to 160 as quickly as possible, like Ward did with Shilstone..... but he did neither of those things
weight matters
Canelo will be much better/stronger at 160, believe that.
