Someone tell me why he didn't go up to CW to win a title in a final fight? Instead he is fighting a meh guy instead.

He could've rematched Shumenov and beaten him easily again. I had it 10-2 Bhop...

You have to give the man his credit...he's still fighting top fighters, roy is now a joke unfortunately.

I've never see anyone post that a Shumenov rematch is something they'd wanna see. Smith is a completely unknown entity except for his power. There's hardly any video of him around, and what exists is mainly handheld cam with insufficient lighting. So no, he isn't a meh fighter, he's an unknown fighter. And he's one of the young guns... the future of the division.

Hopkins fired hazim richardson because Hassim didn't stop the fight against Kovalev in the 12th round. Bernard felt he took far to much unnecessary punishment in that fight and blamed hazim...

Tito beat Joppy at 160, that's it..i don't know about you but i'll pick Brook over Joppy at 160..all those other accomplishments from Tito at 147 and 154 mean **** when it comes to my argument..my thing is Tito was the smaller guy that came up to face Bhop, he got destroyed..that was Bhop's biggest win as a middleweight..he was in the same boat GGG is currently in, a weak 160 division with the only big names being guys smaller than him that climbed up.

I'm not saying Brook is better than Tito, I'm saying both fights are cases of the smaller man moving up to face natural middleweights..one win is praised, the other bashed. .thats all I'm asking , why is Golovkin vs Brook bashed.

I dunno...knowing Hopkins' ego...that sounds like a bunch of baloney. I think the TRUE reason is, he's putting the blame on Richardson for losing in the first place.

Whether the loss was by UD or throwing in the towel, Richardson was fired.
