If he beat Klitsckho is Germany, then yes.

      At Wembley, no.

It's all set up for AJ to be crowned the King.

Fury's win was the real achievement.

        Wlads shot, he's 41, he's gun shy.

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses. Yes Wlad has been Ko'd before but not in over a decade. IMO if AJ stops this Wladimir (despite his Fury schooling), then we're witnessing one of the finest HW's in the making.
Emphasis on "in the making", tbh. Klitschko, though still really good, is clearly on his way out (if Joshua simply blows through Klitschko, folks will look back at the gun-shy performance against Fury and the extra extanded layoff and build their story).

The beauty for Anthony Joshua though, imo, is that he's hitting the top at a time where the heavyweight scene is seeing a real resurgence, with a multitude of fighters with different and similar styles.

Deontay Wilder, Luis Ortiz (older, but seemingly with fight left), Kubrat Pulev (same), Joseph Parker, and Alexander Povetkin are all seemingly hitting their strides, there's a good crop of solid, upper echelon heavyweights just behind them, and there is a really nice group of heavyweight prospects coming along just behind that (Gerald Washington, Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller, possibly Adrian Granat, Hughie Fury, possibly Trey Lippe, Oscar Rivas, possibly Izuagbe Ugonoh, possibly LaRon Mitchell, and the cruiserweights thinking about moving up in the near future).

If he can beat Klitschko, he'd be on the path; if he can win the fights to finally have an undisputed champion again (beat Wilder/Parker, beat the Ortiz-Briggs winner), he'd have a for sure claim.

From then on in, it comes down to how he defends the undisputed heavyweight crown (in a fashion likely not all that different from Klistchko, knocking off mandatory challengers as they are established; a move that's much easier to navigate with the WBC/WBA/IBF deciding to work together).

Can't beat getting an erection over the outcome of a fight.

of course I'll give him credit. .Wlad's age shouldn't matter, and it's not like hes been absorbing punishment, Fury beat him with a jab and feints, he should be just as fresh as AJ.

Honestly it depends on how Wlad looks. He hasn't looked great for a couple of fights now and he looked like modern day Shane Mosley with how jittery and gunshy he was against Fury. If he looks like a shot fighter then I will credit AJ with beating a shot Wlad. Let's just not pretend this is a prime Wlad here. He IS a 40 year old coming off of a loss.

Credible opponent but lets be real here for a second. Klitschko will be 41 years old coming off a loss and a 17 month layoff by the time they step in the ring.

That said, I can't wait. Huge step up for Joshua.

Nope, I will say Fury ruined him, just like Floyd ruined Hatton which cancels out Pac's win over him.
