Black Jesus...ok, Mayweather DOES NOT sell fights, De La Hoya sells fights, thats why Floyd desperately wants Oscar, cuz he sells fights, Mayweather wouldnt crack 200,000 ppv sells if he fights lets say, Margarito, but a fight with Oscar, now that would exceed 1 mil ppv buys, why? definately not because of Floyd, now i agree that ppl love to hate him, just like ppl loved to hate Ali in his prime, but come on, Mayweather sells fights?!?!?! if he fights Oscar 800,000 thousand of that 1 mil will be buying for Oscar, not for Floyd

I always have liked Hatton. I love his in your face approach. I thought it was a tough fight to score but I had Hatton winning by 1 point.

I like Hatton, i think hes a good guy and he wont do nothing but help the boxing world. I disagree with ppl who say that he does not do enough to be loved by fight fans, like talk **** to other fighters to hype up fights, ppl seemed to like Joe louis just fine, and Floyd Patterson, all they did was respect there opponents just like Hatton does, theres nothing wrong with that, thats what boxing needs, we need someone like Hatton, we do not need another Mayorga. boxing is not aboutbeing an *******, boxing is a sport, its a competition, yeah its great to see fights that have been hyped up by **** talkers, but it doesnt take That to be great, and i think Rickys got the potential to be great, what he does in the ring will speak for itself

ok i gotcha, but i think u all will agree with me that in order for Floyd to get that GREAT following, HE needs Oscar. which i dont think that fight will happen, but without a fight with him, he'll only have a GOOD following

oh and by the way, i didnt see the entire Hatton-Collazo fight, i only caught from the 8th round on, but from what i saw and heard, the fight should have been alot closer, but still ultimately going to Hatton courtesy of a first round knockdown, and whether he was off balance or not, it was still a legit knockdown no questions, he got hit, went down, and thats it

yup 4 the most part he has hurt himself . when he first became pro he had it all and would have been loved he was Roy Jones with great competition around him but his attitude has hurt him over the years ..he could come back if he changed but he seems to want to fit in with the rapper image to much for casual boxing fans to like him

Yesterday's fight was the first Hatton fight I've seen, and what i came away with was that he's a small welterweight(even if he did weight 2 pounds more unofficailly). He does have a very nice bully style, but In my opinion that style works best at a weight that you're a big man
in, not only that but true lightweights-welterweights have to have a combanation of speed, power, & boxing skills. Once He faces a Boxer that will utilize boxing skill and wont brawl with him(PBF)he wont be undefeated, but he's still the Gatti of recent times, and a fight with Gatti would be very entertaining, but a fight with Mayweather would be the same as PBF's fight with Gatti.

I actually love his bulldog style...constant presure is what he apply...ever second of the fight...I truly see why he said 5 more fights and out...his style just wouldnt allow for more....boxers, true boxers, would kill him..
