    It is the WBO's decision.
Not sure how well they enforce it though!!

This is where the alphabet bodies need to start stepping in to protect the long term health of the sport and make sure these guys get a look in.

The promoters are always looking for the bigger money option, and thats often the guys who have made a name in the past and are now cashing out (Cotto, Khan for example), while the stronger younger fighters without a name sit on the sidelines.

Need more mandates of 'make this fight or drop the belt' from the alphabets.

They should have ordered this 6 months ago. It's ridiculous that BJS is holding that belt hostage.

          K is awkward. He'd give S a tough fight.

Don't get me wrong man, I really rate Billy Joe and hope he gets back on track, but he's not that far ahead of the pack that some of these guys couldn't beat him on the right day. Boxrec ain't really gonna give you the full story here, there's some tough, tough guys out there who just never really got the breaks.
Nah man really this dude is like 5ft3 this would be a walk in the park for BJS If It happens I'm sure I could be proven right on my thoughts.

I'll check that fight you mentioned but I just don't see a guy of his frame causing Saunders any problem would be a case of Khurts getting pot shotted all night long.

Khurtsidze is a very awkward fighter, BJS might stay away.

BJS wont be shiet like he was in his return fight, I want them to force Njikam or someone like that as BJS mandatory.
Oh, the guy that was KO'd by an amateur?
