He's not serving the full 50 regardless.

He was actually sentenced to 90 days, but has to serve at least 53 days. They are appealing it though so he might be out later today.

Holy SHT that was excessive!!! And WTF was his ride doing on an hydraulic lift for a PAINT job anyways??? I bet the shop put it up so he couldn't take his car back. He probably called the shop ask what's up with his ride and realized he was getting taken advantage of for being rich and famous. Then stormed down There to get it and they decided to play games instead of just sueing Crawford later... Dumb *** should of known better and just paid then sued the shop. Both sides escalated this

Still DAMN that judge is COLD!!! I would move and NEVER let Omaha see another dime again. And let EVERYONE know that judge cost the city MILLIONS.

His ride shouldn't of been up on a lift for a PAINT job in the 1st place. The shop did that on purpose to hold his ride hostage until they got paid. I would bet $$$$ that shop was dicing him around because they know he has $$$$
