90 days, 2 years probation and 120 hrs community service.. gotdamn!! there has to be priors or the judge was simply offended by Bud's demeanor in court.. "you've continued to act as if you're above the law", judges usually say that to people who show no remorse and give off that "im untouchable" aura...this looks like a case of having a bad attitude in the wrong place..with the wrong judge..for the actual "crime" itself, a simple fine would've been sufficient, Judge Judy handles these cases all the time.
