Canelo is happy to fight someone at a 165 limit when the fighter is B level (chavez), but hes not ready to fight at 160 against someone hes scared of. Dont see how you can defend that. Makes his crap about needing to adjust to 160 look ridiculous when hes gone straight in to compete against someone who will be 165

Just careful with what you said because that is a GGG standard too, 168 for Chavez or retired Froch but 164 for Ward, 154 for Mayweather but 160 for Canelo.

Hell i hadn't realized, GGG is worse because he ain't moved a single pound in his whole career, Canelo started as a 140 pounder and is gonna fight a SMW.

Suddenly Brook vs GGG was a good fight for his fans, smh.

Hahah Canelo is fighting above 160 before GGG did. Sad when an Ex-139 lber moves up higher than a guy BORN at MW and EVERY one he boxed as Amateurs are fighting 1-2 weight classes higher. Anyone from 154-168 BUT only at 160 DOE.

Not believing it, I said insiders from mexico are saying that, about 2 weeks ago I said on this forum that Don Eduardo Lamazon said Chavez and Canelo were negotiationg a fight and everybody said I was crazy.

Now Lamazon iand other people are saying it's 5 million, so should I believe them when everything they said up to this point has been true? I think I do.

The only reason they are making this fight is for the money. I mean no belts are on the line. It would be ****** of either one to take a flat rate, when according to some people this fight is bigger than Canelo vs GGG. Chavez can probably get more figting GGG on PPV with a 50% split.

But GGG willing to fight Chavez at 168 but not ward. Willing to fight Floyd and Manny at 154 but refuses to drop a single pound to fight canelo. GGG has no leg to stand on after killing 2 big fights over weight demands for fighters who have never fought at 160 and then dragging a welterweight up 2 full weight classes his last fight. He clearly picking and choosing who he will supposedly move weight for and who he won't based on risk vs reward. difference is Chavez doing what GGG refused to do concede weight to make a big fight happen now and isn't pricing himself out. GGG promoter could learn a thing or two about making big fights. Hopefully they learn before GGG is 40 wasting his career away with meaningless fights while all his potential opponents keep getting and making big fights without him.

Can you please explain why GGG should move down to 160 when the belt is at 160? Yeah I guess GGG is a bit of a hypocrite but the reason he's willing to move down to 154 for Floyd and Manny is because they are way smaller than Canelo.

I said Maravilla Martinez ducked GGG and fought Martin Murray instead. They were both Champions at the time, 2012.Martinez WBC and GGG WBA. The other guy gave Credit to Chavez jr for almost knocking out Martinez. If GGG would have fought Martinez he would have KO him.
