Canelo is not the one holding up the fight, GGG has a contract in front of him that would pay him twice he's ever made in a fight (10 million) plus ppv upside GGG refuses to sign it. You can't force a guy to sign a contract. I'm just happy we have a superfight in the works with 2 guys who will come to fight.

Superfight? This fight is a joke. Chavez has zero credibility, look at his career since he made up a promoter conflict to duck Ggg. And the chump cant make contract weight safely. Vs another guy with falling credibility whose excuse was body not ready to defend his lineal belt at 160

There's been a 160lb, 10+ mil offer on the table for Golovkin for ages. Golovkin is the one ducking.

This fight may very well generate more than Canelo-GGG, especially with a solid undercard, and I'm willing to bet Chavez wouldn't turn down a guaranteed $10M to get it done.
