"He does still have a loss from Ward on his record hahahahaha!!!"
Ward lost that fight. Most sane people agree 100%. AND NOW WARD IS DOING THE MOST ***** THING IN BOXING HISTORY IN RETIRING TO AVOID A rematch.
Looks like son of gift is also a coward. What a bad look for boxing.Comment

Main Events/Kovalev gets $3m (plus the Russian TV rights to the fight), Ward earns his $5m-$6m on the scale of the event, anything beyond $9m in net proceeds gets split $5/$3 Ward, and Duva doesn't say **** but introduce her fighter at the final press conferences.Comment

So B side Kovalev gets more than when he was the A side? They'd take that in a second. However you're stunningly clueless and out of touch so your guess is only good for comedy valueComment

The fake LA press conference (seemingly meant to embarrass Ward), the press credentials nonsense, the "hurry up and sit" effort that epitomized the promotion (notice how Roc Nation Sports had no say in hardly anything), etc.
Ward took home a big check, but he had to deal with a lot of **** to get it.Comment

Ward knows very well what is coming and I won't be surprised if he retires. I think chances are 90% Ward will find and excuse to avoid the fight and thus dumping the belts back to Kovalev.
(Those judges who robbed Kovalev must be banned for life as an example to other corrupted judges.)Comment

A press conference? Calling a press conference is being jerked around in negotiations? The fight did 160K. They should have held MORE press conferences...The fake LA press conference (seemingly meant to embarrass Ward), the press credentials nonsense, the "hurry up and sit" effort that epitomized the promotion (notice how Roc Nation Sports had no say in hardly anything), etc.
