The only WBC rankings I can find (Nov 2016) have Eubank Jr. at No.2, with Stevens No. 8.

Has the rankings had a December update ?

Not yet, that's still the November rankings. Stevens just beat James Dela Rosa, they may have bumped him up from that (I hope not). But then again Stevens did hurt his shoulder/hand vs Dela Rosa, so maybe he won't be able to.

1 .- Jorge Sebastian Heiland (Argentina)
2 .- Chris Eubank Jr. (GB)
3 .- Ievgen Khytrov (Ukraine) NABF
          4 .- David Lemieux (Canada)
          5 .- Andy Lee (Ireland)
          6 .- Ryota Murata (Japan)
          7 .- Avtandil Khurtsidze (Ukraine)
8 .- Curtis Stevens (US) AMERICA
          9 .- Sergey Derevyanchenkov (Russia)
          10 .- Maciej Sulecki (Poland)
          11 .- Peter Quillin (US)
12 .- Dwight Ritchie (Australia) OPBF
          13.- Willie Monroe (US) * CBP/P
          14 .- Matt Korobov (Russia)
          15 .- Brian Rose (GB) * CBP/P
Heiland and Khytrov seem a lock. I see Lemeiux dropping out, Lee would be good. Hopefully the fourth spot goes to someone like Sulecki, Korobov (he just beat Scott Sigmond), or even Murata (he might get a WBO shot).

Eubank is moving to 168 apparently. Lemeiux probably depends on whether he can get a money fight with Canelo, if not he'd be the fourth.

Pretty much a slap to Heiland. WBC seems to be treating him like a nobody, and making him re-earn his mandatory. I'm not saying they're wrong either.
