Well...this fight just went from bad to worse. Cotto followed up a respectable performance against Canelo by *****ting the bed. Fifteen months out of the ring, then this.

Crazy thing is...it'll still be an entertaining fight while it lasts.

There is no reason to have the fight lower than 154. Canelo and Cotto are getting outrageous with this catchweight ****! He even asked for 152. Kirkland wanted the fight so I get why he signed, glad they negotiated to 153 however, who would Cotto fight if Kirkland stood his ground at 154 that is even known? He would not fight any of the young guys like Charlo brothers. He could have fought J-Rock who just lost.

You can say what you want, but at least Canelo ain't draining guys down, in fact Canelo helps guys by letting him not cut that much.

But Cotto has recently made bigger guys go down.

Dang Cotto I can't believe you would force a catch weight on James Kirkland of all people SMH That's crazy he knows Kirkland weighs close to 190 in between fights so Kirkland might not even make the weight SMH At least it's not a title fight. I know I won't be buying the pay per view lol this one might do Terrance Crawford numbers lol haha haha
