    This is what happens when they don't do anything for 3/4 of the year and can't make any stars because they put everybody on hold all the time

      lets not forget that hbo has around 10 million more subscribers than showtime.

        I see HBO and Showtime doing away with boxing for good in the upcoming years. The ratings dont justify the production costs.

          I agree! HBO has more subscriptions, thus more viewers. I did the same thing you did! The Showtime card was excellent! And i'll be doing the exact same thing on January 28th!

                It would have probably had less viewers that way. Mares was the more well known fighter on the entire card. Charlo/Williams was a bigger deal but Mares has been on more big cards than Charlo and Williams.
