The ship sailed for that fight, it's a shame it didn't happen instead of Brook but Golovkin is probably tied down to Jacobs, Ramirez/Chavez and Canelo for 2017 so no point waiting and struggling to make 160 anymore.

Also, GGG destroys Degale that's a bad matchup for the inconsistent Degale who is vulnerable to pressure and being on the ropes which is suicide against Golovkin. Eubank has a much better stylistic chance.

Well I guess this is a sorta or arguable step up from his last couple opponents at least. I feel like the Eubank's still haven't fully embraced Jr's standing as a top caliber guy after he proved himself capable of & was considered as after the BJS fight. I feel like they paused his career more or less after that bout still.

I don't understand the move up to 168 doe outside of it being much more wide open than 160 is, but one would think the Eubank's would wanna stay at 160 where all the action is looking to be at between his biggest rival, BJS, thus far, GGG, the biggest money maker in the sport Canelo + Jacobs & maybe soon Charlo coming off his big 154 W. 160 has some potential good fights that could get made in 2017 & Eubank could be in that mix if he plays his cards right.

I guess he's having trouble making 160 so he's testing out 168. If true, it's a good match up and either division has some great potential fights for him after he acclimatised. GGG & Saunders possibly move up within 18 months so those fights are still on the table.

Seriously, the dude lives in his own little world. Cherry picks domestic opponents and now is fighting some dude nobody has ever heard of.

Hey Chris Eubank. I can help in search of more ******* and fringe belts.

Why don't you also fight this guy Vijender Singh at Super Middle Wt and yes he also holds a WBO APAC belt. Will be an easy outing.

Larry, let me explain the issues:

                      - ITV is a terrestrial channel in England. I am not sure what the equivalent in America would be but put it this way - if you have a TV, you get ITV. You don't need cable or anything like that. ITV also used to show free fights that yes, involved Eubank Sr. They have a long history with boxing but putting on PPV is nuts. No-one in their right mind is going to pay for it. It's freaking ITV and Jr isn't enough of an attraction.

                      - Following on from that last point, Jr (who I am a big fan of) had big fights at 160 with Saunders and Golovkin. Offers were made that he didn't accept. That is millions and millions of pounds he has not accepted, as well as big profile fights. Now he is going to 168 and he will start there anew.

                      - His father was my first ever favourite fighter but sadly, he and Jr are contriving to ruin a very promising career. They are absolutely delusional - insistent on carving their own path and changing the game, whilst turning down millions of pounds and big fight. Jr has also lost lots of momentum and goodwill of the fans, because of his team's bizarre moves. It is hard to understand WTF they are doing here.
