none of those fights NEED to happen:
-Loma and Rigo will likely never agree on weight; Rigo is an aging bantamweight fighter fight out of division at 122, while Loma is a 130lb titlist who will likely end up capping out at 140lbs.

Loma's not going down or doing a CW(why should he?) and Rigo's not moving up. That match-up is over unless Rigo can get to 130 which I doubt he can make. Rigo most likely caps at 126.
