If you go off of resume alone there is no way Ward is above Pac.

It takes a heck of a lot for a Flowmoe like me to say something positive about PEDquiao but my goodness, this is ridiculous.

"Pound-for-pound" was a name first applied to Sugar Ray Robinson after he won the Middleweight title and defended it a few times. He'd previously been Welterweight champion. The emphasis was on his moving through weight classes and dominating. Going off this logic, Sergey Kovalev, Gennady Golovkin and Wladimir Klitschko don't qualify.

                resume only p4p
                1- pacquiao 2- hopkins 3- ward 4- marquez (not retired yet) 5- canelo 6- garcia 7- kovalev 8- cotto 9- bradley 10- wlad

of course p4p is also determined by activity, boxing skills and recent performance.

It doesn't matter it's still not even defendable or debatable. Even if you ranked any one of Wards wins as better than any of Pac's wins (which would be false to begin with) Pac is the answer based on sheer volume and size of resume. None of Pac's recent losses or any loss than can happen here on out will really bring down his resume, it's pretty much set in stone as a career goes, similar to B-Hop, Floyd before he retired, etc.
