There's a time and place to play the villain, and immediately after the fight isn't it. I get Charlo's beef here, but this can't be something you do as a fighter. Mayweather may have played the villain but after every fight he gave his opponent respect.

Hopefully this was just an isolated incident and Charlo won't make the same mistake again. People didn't even want to talk about how big a win this was, they just wanted to talk about what he did afterwards.

LOL. I remember Morales throwing his water bottle at Barrera's dad after their rubber match. There was something really cool about that, like the feud will never end kind of thing. I thought it added to it myself.

Maybe it was a bit of immaturity on Charlo's part but the fact is that folks are now talking about it and that is gonna almost always be a good thing longterm.

I also get a guy that has been tormented all promotion being vindicated so resoundingly then wanting the troller to stay the fugg out his face for a while.
