Who hits harder: Wilder or Anthony Joshua?

Joshua is developing well and picking up subtle skills. His slipping is excellent, he counters very well, his movement is improving and he controls range nicely.

A few fights ago I wasn't sold on him but the Whyte fight turned out to be exactly what he needed. He has tidied up considerably since then and it's going to make him formidable. I expect to see further improvement in the Klitschko fight. If Wlad us expecting the same guy he sparred with 3 years ago he's in for a shock.

Power might be all josh needs against wad. But at least he's not relying solely on it

If joshua landed the same shots on Szpilka that wilder did, (and he would as he's a lot cleaner puncher) Szpilka would have been out of there a lot earlier

faster? probably. more viciously? never.

you really just stamped down further on what i already wrote. joshua is more consistent and effective, more accurate and measured.

he can go in there and deliver punches in a fashion that will get guys out of there faster than deontay who lacks the same poise and precision.

joshua starts well and maintains a high level more consistently than wilder who's quality can be all over the place over the course of a fight (including his power).

but when wilder is at 100, when he is at his sharpest and most lethal and punching with the most possible force. joshua doesnt get close to matching that kind of sheer power.

I'd say Joshua, Wilder has to windmill to create power, Joshua dropping them with half loaded shots.

You should go back and watch that punch he Baptized Szpilka with.
