Seems, that's where the problem is. It's your opinion...Kovalev did very well the first few rds, but overall skill, adjustment and body shots took their toll. Kovalev slowed down. Kovalev also showed he had 1 game plan, and that only worked in spurts. Ward was the one who adjusted, made Kovalev uncomfortable and SCARED to fight on the inside (note the 50 some headlocks). Kovalev is a very good fighter, Ward simply showed that he was a class above him...when he took Kovalev into deep water, he couldn't swim too well.
