Even if he cleaned out 168 after that, the same thing would be said, 'who did he beat ?'.

Actually it would be said that he is one of the best of his generation for cleaning out two divisions. That's better than having a resume with no big fights that cement your ability.

That's not right. If he did that then I think he'd be P4P top 3 and possibly no.1 .
But that won't happen - his defence is not good enough to take too many harder blows at 168. I'd think Ramirez would pose many problems for Golovkin simply because he is freakishly tall and long reach even at 168.

At the end of the day, Golovkin is currently regarded as one of the best fighter in the world. A top 5-10 P4P fighter, the middleweight king, a special talent, a feared knockout artist, etc. I'm not a big fan of him, that's just the reality.

Froch was just a good fighter. You can bring up his resume (a good one, not a great one) all you want, but Golovkin is clearly in a different league.

Who Golovkin beat? Curtis Stevens is his 3rd best won. Golovkin a bum.

IMO more like Naseem Hamed. Who also had a VERY high KO% but when he got in the ring with a REAL fighter who wasn't scared he got RETIRED!!!

Naseem was fighting much better guys. I think Rosado might be Golovkin's 4th best win at 35 years old. Truly amazing.
