Guys like Foreman, Lyle, Shavers, Julian Jackson etc teh hardest hitters ever hit in a heavy and slow way.
Guys like Hearns, Tyson etc hit hard and where extremely fast/explosive but they wernt as powerful as the above guys
I think this whole explosiveness = more power is BS its a myth, its heaviness feeling in your punches that counts for far more power than explosiveness ever will.
Its a myth rooted in factual science ie speed is x2 as important as weight for power but its missing a key point (I know what that is and the answer to this question im just seeing what you guys think and why)
You can tell im right because reality goes against the misguided but sensible myth, ie shavers/foreman and julian jackson are the hardest punchers ever
Agree or disagree and why?
