I agree...But what does that tell you about sports in American in general???

I'm losing faith in all these sports. They are becoming so fixed and all about the money it makes me sick. I know I won the bet with you against Hatton, but even I know he lost.

I'm just going to stick to UFC. At least most of the fights are KO's!

i felt hatton won. i couldnt understand why hatton would get inside, the hold. when he got inside and punched he was messing collazo up, and easily winning rounds. but when he just held for some reason, he was losing. very close fight, i felt hatton should get the nudge, but not a good first american showing.


edit: btw floyd would make hatton like like an offbalance child trying to dance.(if hatton fought the same way he did 2night)

This is becoming a joke! I called it...i told my cuz that he was going to win even though after almost gettin killed in round 12...All i did was laugh! C'mon like you didn't expect him to win! HBO is just a joke...can we call these mother****ers and complain that they are fixing fights!?? I mean what the **** can we do??? Oh yea, guess we can unsubscribe to HBO...and just watch UFC or something where fights stop being fixed.

Hatton really looked terrible. He usually goes: punch- get close- hold for just a sec- then goes ape****. He only did that the first round. The rest of the fight was mainly punch and hold, punch and hold, all night.

But of course HBO announcers, now that they've decided to grab Hatton's nuts, kept saying how "brilliant" his aggressive style was. I just saw a guy who was confused and unsure how to get off a combo.

I like Hatton but ...

I like Hatton as a man but I've given up on him as a fighter with all that hitting and holding, wrestling, tying up a guy's arms, etc. I had Collazo comfortably ahead based to clean punches landed. Hatton held after nearly every punch he threw whether it landed or not. John Ruiz isn't any worse than Hatton with all the grappling. Collazo was the better fighter both inside and outside. I'm disgusted! I might not even bother to watch any more Ricky Hatton fights. Lampley was full of sh** with his commentary, and Harold Lederman, another guy that I like, was way off on the scoring. What ever happened to clean boxing?????????????? dang!!!!
