What's funny is that there are UFC fans that think he could beat Floyd in a boxing match

Like my barber, who's a UFC guy to a degree, told me that McGregor could win "because he'll bring the fight to Floyd"

The only way McGregor even wins ONE SECOND of the fight, I mean forget a round -- just one damn second...is if Floyd decides to carry him for entertainment value. Which we all know Floyd doesn't do. But really that's the only way. If Floyd wants to go wire to wire and win every second of the fight, he'd do so. With a hand tied behind his back.

Like you say he wouldn't touch Floyd once. Almost anyone you've ever seen on FNF would be too good for McGregor. Guys who are maybe 5 or 6 levels below Floyd.

I think that's why it won't happen. It would generate enormous revenue but it would so humiliating for Conor that he probably wouldn't put himself through it. And Dana knows that there's potential for serious damage to the brand as well.

No MMA fighter could beat a guy in the top 30-40 in a boxing division. You could stretch that out to the top 100 for many divisions. A boxer has a better chance against a top Muay Thai fighter than an MMA fighter has in a boxing ring, and think how hard that would be.
