Clearly beat Peterson, no way Peterson won the fight just cuz he schalacked him the last 2 rounds..
The first go against Morales he stated he was nervous fighting for his first title and against a legend, an old washed up one, but a legend nonetheless..you saw what he did to him the second go..swift isnt the best at anything and his dad makes him look bad so people dislike him but he knows how to win..he'll beat keef..TC is a great boxer but roach and anyone who thinks he is a young Mayweather are off ...

Robby, I would agree with you on the fact that Manny has earned the right to fight whoever the hell he wants to fight. However, and this is a big HOWEVER in my book, Manny said Crawford at 147 is no problem, make it happen.
If Manny did not entertain the fight against Bud, he would not have said anything.
Manny will fight anybody! He ain't ducking nobody. Kid has to eat like crazy to be able to compete with true welters. I don't doubt his heart. If he says he will would fight Bud at 147, he will.
I still can't believe the midget fought:
        - Hatton
        - ODLH
        - Mosley
        - Margs
        - Cotto
        - Clottey
        - Rios
        - Algieri
        - Bradley
        - Vargas
I thought he bit off more than he could chew fighting Diaz @ LW.

Not sure where you heard that. Pacquiao has no problem fighting at 140, and Roach says it is his best weight. 147 would favor Crawford not Pac the weigh they re-hydrate.

Roach said the reason they didn't fight Crawford is he wanted to see how the training camp goes. They wanted Vargas, an easier opponent. If things went well, they would fight Crawford or whoever next. Said it in an interview.

Hes just selling his name off Mannys name. Fight isnt gonna happen anytime soon. If ever. Crawford has to be marketed as a bigger name over a quantity of quality fighters. Like Manny did.
And Manny will fight up coming Al A haymond fighters and continue to make mad bank.

Roach is Roach not Manny. Manny was in an interview that he has no problem fighting Crawford at 147. But then he backtracked and picked Vargas because Crawford demanded that the weight is at 140. Manny never said he would go back to 140, he only said it ws possible, but was unsure how his performance would go on fighting at a weight he hadn't fought on for seven years.

A-sides always make some concessions. Saying you won't go to 140 simply because the B-side said that you should come to 140 is a cop out excuse and indicates that you don't want the fight. Pac can afford to be prideful considering all that he's achieved, but that doesn't mean I have to go along with it or accept him not making the best fights for petty reasons like that. I agree that Bud (and all B-sides) should eliminate any potential reason for an A-side not fighting them. Give them no reason to say no. If they still say no, they are ducking and then both of you can go on with your careers... No need in wasting years hoping an A-side decides to fight you...

Manny said himself 140 is his natural weight, and he could make 135. He said he has to eat 5 times a day to get up to 147. Crawford demanding 140 had nothing to do with him not getting the fight.

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (58-6-2, 38KOs) is open to the idea of facing two-time Olympic gold medal winner Vasyl Lomachenko (6-1, 4KOs) at the lightweight limit of 135-pounds.

True that, both sides have to give in some, just one side will give in more.

You said it best..."eliminate any potential reason for an A-side not fighting them..."! Bud will be a true WW soon enough. I guess my thinking is why put demands out there for the biggest money fight you are probably going to get??? If Manny said 147 ain't the issue, agree to that concession and negotiate the rest. But to come out and say 140 or NAH, is ludicrous to me.

I guess we enjoy the holidays and wait and see what comes up next year!
