Why did Haye not fight Briggs?

They had an agreement and then after the fights Haye completely ignores Briggs and even avoids him at a fight in New York.. The Haye goes on to fight Bellew?? I honestly think Briggs is a better fight then Bellew and i am being dead serious...Why do you think he is ignoring Briggs now?

Haye realized he doesn't owe Briggs anything, and Briggs will do absolutely nothing to enhance Haye's career or benefit him.

Either that, or he trolled the hell out of the troller. Which is hilarious.

A Briggs fight is in no way, shape or form a better fight than Bellew.

Haye is a punk. He said he would fight the man. He has backed out of his word. A man is only as good as his word. I hope Bellew beats the cold sh it out his lying ass

And as to why he 'avoided' the fight, Idk. I think Haye beats him quite easily too.

He's only in it for easy money now. Briggs brings no money and he's got legit power, even though he has no stamina.
Haye is not the same fighter he used to be. He's got a hanging pair of **** now and has no intention of fighting a real challenge unless he's getting a fat check.

Briggs wanted it to be ppv and he couldn't get it so deal collapsed.

Because he thought he could stiff Briggs and get straight to the Browne fight for the WBA belt. All Haye's been interested in doing in this comeback is treading water and staying in the public eye until he can grab a belt and entice Joshua into that unification payday.

The annoying thing is that a few weeks ago Briggs had got to the WBA shot against Browne and left Haye without a dance partner. That would have been so funny, but then that fell apart and Haye landed on his feet with another easy payday.
