Haymon should have used the money to do this instead of buying time slots and spending huge amounts of money with no return.

I believe the goal was to do it like the UFC model.. Network tv for weekly fights to build and promote a monthly ppv with a fight pass/wwe like subscription channel on cable platforms and internet. The rumor is Oscar threw some water on those plans with Schaefer's non compete.

Nah. I mean we'd get it (the hardcore fans) but that's it. How many out of every 100 people in America are even boxing fans? Like maybe 5 out of 100? I don't even know it it's 5 out of every 100 to be honest. It's probably more like 2 or 3.

It could do alright. $20 sub a month. They can pick up cards from other countries for peanuts, play replays of classic fights through the day and put on a decent card every month. Like Boxnation does.

But boxing isn't as popular here as it is in the UK though.

There's a lot more people in America though. Which makes up for it being less popular. I'd guess there's more hardcore fans of boxing in America than there is in the UK.

Also, I just realized you said $20 a month. Heck no man. Not even HBO is that much. And it has many more features/perks.
