Never underestimate legit Boxing training. You dont get it from MMA coaches. An amateur with 10 fights has plenty of skills to outbox an MMA fighter with no legit Boxing training other than maybe a little "celebrity training" in other words hanging around Wild Card for a couple of weeks .

Arum is correct you can build Conor at entry level first, he will still draw, his debut will draw, and his next fight will draw, he doesnt need a superstar right now, his name is that big.

If he knocks out some journey men his aura will only get bigger he will adjust back to his boxing, his unorthodox style will give fighters problem, he will dominate 147 and 154.

He couldnt make 145 healthy but 147 the few extra pounds will help him.

        before signing with Arum:
"Conor McGregor is not a boxer, it would take him years to develop into the highest level, IF he is good enough..... but he is getting old now"

        after signing with Arum:
"the skills this young man possesses are amazing, and he learns so fast..... if he had been boxing instead of fighting MMA he would be the best boxer I have ever seen since Ali..... no wonder Floyd Mayweather ducked him"

        LMAOOOO

Conner dont want a boxing career Bob , he wants the hype pay of one big fight .

that is why I called BULL**** when you tried to tell us that you spanked Gomez back when you were a 16yo MMA fighter LMAO

If "An amateur with 10 fights has plenty of skills to outbox an MMA fighter"..... then how come a classy pro with world-class experience couldn't deal with a 16yo fool?

I'd really like to hear an answer to that one LMAO

Ass hole.....I boxed since I was 8 years old also wrestling LOL I got into BJJ when I was 14. Sparring is NOT fighting. McGregor was sparring some ex world champ and doing OK but thats entirely different than a fight. Stop trying to understand Boxing from anything other than an armchair critic perspective because there's way too much to understand that has to be experienced, and for someone to be obsessed with Boxing as much as you are but never have competed means you simply dont have the heart and thats why you're obsessed with it. Ive seen guys like you my whole life. I bet you have a 3 year old dusty heavybag hanging in your garage without a single dent in it.

Mayweather vs Canelo card was awesome. They havent done it since. Most likely because it was too expensive. Because the top boxers earn too much. Which is my point.
You made my point for me it was the most successful ppv of all time , so something had to be done right. How the hell can a blogger tell someone they make too much ????? Lol
Call me when ufc can even come close to those ppv numbers with those so called stacked cards.
And yes Leo and Vasyl were very notable fighters at that time.

Dana White actually paid Ronda Rousey and Lesnar more than McGregor, this why Conor is mad he is the hardest working fighter the company has and is underpaid.

UFC cannot pay a single fighter 10 to 15 million a fight, their company will go under, they house 300 fighters, and fund all their promotional.

They would take a loss, Conor knows he isnt getting paid its why he is always trying to leverage, he said he wanted a portion of the company, he knows he isnt getting paid that much.

Look where he lives, he lives in a small home in Irealand its nice but no mansion, and he rents his cars, when he is in Cali he rents a beach front condo in manhattan beach, and in Vegas UFC rents him a home.

If he jumps to boxing, he would really get paid, and you will know it because if he had 15 million or more he would be living in a mansion for real not a condo.
                    UFC 202
                    1,600,000 x 59.99 = $95,984,000
                    Gate was $7,692,010

Shut the fuck up. The amount that is disclosed is how much you see. Conor holds the highest purse of 3 mil, If you knew anything about the sport you would know that because Dana has no promoter split, all money goes in house, in addition he underpays the rest of the card, no one makes more than 500k on the undercards.

Its not crazy especially because of the crazy ticket prices they set.

Theres a reason why Diaz won't fight again, he's fucking rich now.
