I think Robinson would catch him at some point, especially late in the fight. But how it would look up to that point im not sure.

Hearns is just a freak of nature at WW

The besides that fought leonard would have a great shot at a decision.

Obviously leonard himself...wait how can a guy with a loss at 147 be unbeatable at that weight? Lol

Stop talking about things you know nothing about. Just because you watched an espn special it doesnt mean you know it all.

Bact to question. hearns wingspan makes him virtually unstopable at WW and jmw. Ray just has his number at ww imo doe, the fight at smw was a robbery. the hitman shouldve won that one.

I'm a Hearns fanboy and agree with that, , but if you're going to bring up hypotheticals, you can't discount the rules of the era that fighter fought in, and assume a whole different set of rules. Who is to say Leonard wouldn't have employed different tactics knowing it was a 12 round fight?

It was pretty clear that Hearns was hurting Hagler until he broke his hand. He didn't have the power after that. Sorry but it's the truth. Hearns would have stopped Hagler if he didn't break his hand.

Yearns wasn't ever that unbeatable. When his ability dropped a little everybody had chance. When pac or floyd level dropped still hard to beat

Hearns would have made easy work of Mayweather and Pacquiao and i'm a Mayweather fan, he's all wrong for them. I don't think anyone could outbox a prime Hearns. Punchers chance or Hearns gassing is all anyone had.

I have no doubt hearts was excellent in his prime. But what I was saying, not too articulately is hearns went from 90 to 0 quite fast. From his prime, and peak he dropped quite rapidly. Very visible. Everyone looked good against him from him making everyone look bad

You could make the argument that Pacquiao would annihilate him.
