The WBA already said if Jacobs drops out that they'd mandate Blanco/Golovkin. So if N'Dam beats Blanco (no problem), he's up. It'd be funny if N'Dam vacated the WBA interim title to avoid Golovkin for a second time in his career, but I don't think he will.
Remember N'Dam's Olympic run got him banned by the WBC & IBF for 2 years, his options are limited. Plus now that he took an 'L' from Lemieux, I think N'Dam's pretty willing to get in the ring with Golovkin. He's got no cherry to protect.
