^He's the first to come to mind because he was a world champion with a physique like that. There's plenty of pro boxers who look awful but when you make it all the way up the ladder and beat a long-time champ while looking like ^that, it's really sticks out.

I don't know but it would have to be a heavyweight. Some heavyweights are about 6 feet tall and weigh 350 pounds or more. They are about 150 pounds over a proper fighting weight. Carrying all that extra blubber into the ring is like carrying another person into the ring with them.
