I've long said that Frampton is real deal when it comes to talent, but he doesn't belong on a list like that. He's a midget boxer. The general public doesn't care. Sad, but I get it.

I actually have to agree with that scum Bob Arum on this one. Rigo is just not entertaining at all. He should SERIOUSLY have stayd in the amateurs and statyed winning gold medals and live off sponsorships. He'd be an amateur legendComment

How can you as a boxing fan propagate this opinion?
Frampton provides huge entertainment value and his achievements outweigh many on the list by vast amounts.
Frampton should forget Belfast and fight out of Dublin, they would actually get behind him if they were exposed to him and he would be noticed more.
Hamed was hardly huge and I'm sure he would've made the list.Comment

Should Murray win? I'm not saying that snarky I just don't follow tennis. Has he really been that successful this year?
How does it compare in his sport to unifying his division against an undefeated fighter and moving up in weight to beat an undefeated fighter in the same year?Comment

You missed the sarcasm. The general public gives little respect to smaller fighters and especially not technical ones. Of course he's not going to make a list like that, even in the UK where boxing is becoming popular again. Hell, I live in the states where the most important fight in the sport can't pull 200k. I know all about how fickle these popularity contests are.How can you as a boxing fan propagate this opinion?

Just annoys me seeing Mcgregor talked about over here and getting all this coverage (I know his talking trash and success in the cage justify it) and being lauded as a two weight champion when Frampton is that, undefeated, exciting and potentially one of the greatest Irish boxers ever.
Just a shame. Even Bernard Dunne got more coverage.Comment

Yea, I'm big into MMA and have been for over 10 years but I'll be the first to say that Frampton is infinitely more talented in his sport than McGreggor in his. But, Carl doesn't act the clown, nor does he have a giant star-maker machine pushing him.Sorry Redd, should've gave you the benefit of the doubt but you know this site.
