He got dropped and was down in the fight..AND FOUGHT HIS WAY BACK AGAINST A TOP 3 P4P FIGHTERS.. He faced adversity and did not look for a way out...Ward showed true championship grit..Loma looked great and won easily, but was Walters ever regarded as highly as Kovalev?? thats the question...But Loma looks to have a bright futire and i hope he continues dominating...sad posters like the OP has to try to divide fans for no reason at all
What a dumb post. Ward got dropped because his defense is overrated, he was dropped by Boone too. You really gonna praise Ward for getting dropped? Lmfao.

Lomachenko has never been dropped, he is more skilled than Ward and has an exciting style. Lomachenko moved up and made an undefeated champion quit, give him his dues.

Loma was much more impressive in his last fight, there really is no comparison. Be a man and admit it.

Lomachenko was impressive but I'll go with Ward. To come back from the deficit (KD) in round 2 and to win against the feared Unified Light Heavyweight Champion, took a lot of guts and will to win.

Loma didn't need wrestling, holding, clinching and rabbit punches to beat a prime undefeated fighter all the whilst making it look like artistry. On the other hand what Ward does people call 'skill, slick, inside fighter' lmfao. Loma by a country mile fam.

Boxing-wise, Lomachenko, sure. It was a lop-sided clinic but I think Walters is highly overrated. He really put his flaws at display against Sosa.

But really - two way different fights and styles.
Ward shouldn't get credit for making a mistake and getting knocked down. Nor should Lomachenko get discredited for making it look easy.

Ward is the correct answer. Showed the heart of a lion.

I'm impressed with Loma for moving up like a man. Unlike Golovkin.
