Oscar would probably do Vargas vs Loma but not next. Vargas just got done fighting 2 toe to toe battles with Miura and Salido. From a promoters stand point there's no way I put him in with Loma.

Put Vargas in with a solid fighter maybe his mandatory in January or February then make Loma vs Vargas in May or June.

Let's not forget it took a year to get Sadam Ali his mandatory fight with the WBO championship which I bet pissed off Golden Boy and it's taking Antonio Orozco along time to get his mandatory with Crawford so let's not make it let's just blame Oscar. Bob Arum also is in the way as well.
