Absolutely. #4 for me, and whatever your ranking he has to be somewhere in the top 4, I think. You can't name 4 fighters with a better mix of skill and resume.
Is Vasyl Lomachenko in your top 5 P4P?

You know, I've totally been forgetting Crawford in this conversation lately, which is ridiculous.
Kovalev
Ward
Gonzalez
Crawford
Lomachenko
Those are the best fighters in the world in whatever order you want to put them.Comment

Soon.
I believe he is the most skillful boxer active right now. Its such a joy to watch his fights usually, but he still doesnt have too many wins over top fighters in pro ranks
But he will do that soon too and go very high up in my list. Cant wait for that.
We need to see Loma vs Rigo as soon as possible. Would be great, but I dont think it will ever happen sadlyComment

He is elite.
And one day he will undoubtedly be either #1 or get very close to it.
But right now, he doesn't have the resume to crack the top 5.
1) Ward
1B) Kovalev
3) Gonzalez
4) Crawford
5) Spence
6) Rigondeaux
7) Pacquiao
8) Lomachenko
9) Alvarez
10) FramptonComment

I don't take issue with your list, far as I'm concerned anyone can have whoever they want in there - I very much lean towards the eye test myself, but if it's resume you're looking at I don't understand the inclusion of Spence at #4. You may think the kid's super talented - and he may be - but his resume ain't great.Comment

And I freely accept any criticism for placing him so highly and understand why some might take issue with it.
But, my rationale is heavily weighted due to what he's done this year and how he has done it.
Algieri went the distance with Provo, Pac, and Khan...but he couldn't get out of the 5th with Spence.
Buntu went the distance with Thurman...couldn't get out of the 6th with Errol.
They are just some of the most impressive Ws I have seen this year given who he beat and when he beat them.
Loma's stoppage last night was very impressive, but it was against a guy that had been off a long while and looked it the whole fight.Comment
