Someone might decide he isn't approved and they'll pull up this post when he becomes a flat footed bum like kovalev/frampton/klitschko/usyk/etc (and pretty much most of the top fighters from 160 to heavyweight since the fall of the soviet union). If boxing was global back when the American all time greats were fighting, they would have never become all time greats. They would have been getting **** on at the eliminator level like nowadays. You know this.

Anyone who was an "ATG" pre-1990 should have a giant asterisk next to their name. We now know for a fact they weren't fighting the best.
