But he hasn't shown he can beat a p4p entrant yet. Walters was close but inactive and hasn't got any elite level wins

Ward beat the most dominant light heavy since the Jones era....froch is a hall of famer...Dawson has a deeper resume than anyone from 160-168 he is on the slide now but was in most peoples top ten p4p. Kessler was lower top 10 or 15

Once loma cleans out 130 and beats someone he isn't heavily favored to beat like mickey Garcia, Robert easter Jr , linares he may be #1...not yet though

Ward's ability to survive and steal rds is about the only thing going for him.

Neither, but the speed Loma is fighting top quality opponents he will be p4p no1 after the next 2 fights, imo

Ward has Kov on his resume, but in reality he lost that fight. After that, Loma schooling Russell and Walters is equal or better then anything Ward has ever done, and that is only after 8 fights...

On a recent performance loma is better than ward. In ward's recent performance he was receiving a steady dose of jab diet, was sent careening like a drank by a jab and was knockdown by a fucckkin karate palm strike---this is definitely not a p4p perfomance.

Ward - Froch, Abraham, Dawson, Kessler, Kovalev

                  Loma - GRJ, Walters, Martinez

Hands down, Ward is P4P the best and more proven fighter

Neither but on the basis of who Lomachenko has fought and how cleanly he has beat them and his only loss being Salido who nut punched him for 12 rounds yet I still thought Lomachenko won... I'm going with Loma out of the two only because Ward's best wins look very lackluster they don't impress and often they become far less about REAL boxing and more about a grappling contest.

I wouldn't put either guy #1 but if I was to choose between the 2, Lomachenko.
