I can only look at the behaviors. I stood up for Jacobs a few months ago and said I didn't think he was scared, or had any reason to be ducking. After all this stalling, I can't say that anymore. He's a professional. If the money isn't right, you move onto another fight. This reeks of building a cash-out.
