i'm pretty sure this is also the best of ward, i don't understand how people keep underestimating kovalev's skills. after that fight, he proved he can box and outbox a boxer like ward (something people thought it was impossible). i don't understand why people think this guy is floyd, he clearly isn't and fights nothing like him. the only one who can make a difference in the rematch is kovalev, because his power is always there, also fair judging will make a big difference too.

I think he need Bradley balls. Fighting the strongest brawler he could and fighting the guy at the worst possible way by brawling. I think he needs that to have some recognition once more or at least rejunivation from his fans, because at this point he is just a "paper champion." In the eyes of the world.

I feel bad that Ward has to justify his victory, if you got a problem take it up with the judges... I scored the fight 114-113 Kovalev but I wouldn't say it was a robbery but cannot do much about a bad decision now.. Get up, Dust off & move on to the rematch for Kovalev..

Also, Ward would be lying if he is saying we haven't seen his best which was during the super six, Ward isn't as fluid as he was - age, higher weight & wear n tear.. But Kovalev has to work on his conditioninig for the rematch, you cannot gas out in a title fight & lose rounds.. THat said, I do believe if Kovalev makes some adjustments during his fight & in his training he stands a better chance.. Kovalev should also attack the body more, which he did not as much in this fight..
