I like Spence, but its a lil fanboy-ish to be suggesting Spence makes easy work of Thurman & Garcia. Maybe he does, but I haven't seen that Spence is THAT good already or that both Thurman & Garcia fall so easily when they do take their first L. Respect to Spence if he does, but I'd bet against it right now.

Needs to do it first, man. I think there's a good chance he gets to fight Brook though, so let's see how he does there. If he can beat Kell (though I'm a long way from convinced he does) then yeah, I'd give him a very good shot against Keith and DSG.

I like Spence, and the power is certainly there, but I don't think he's particularly polished or defensively responsible - though as with many other fighters, if the power is there, it's often the best strategy to take some to land your own. We'll see. As of now though Spence remains a promising prospect.

Let's be real, that spence has never fought anyone before. His best win is a shot Chris Alegrei for sake.

He's probably good enough to beat them, but I doubt he does it easily. Enough with the hype already.

I like Spence, but his hype is just too much. I always thought Brook would beat him. Him and Danny is an even fight at the moment. Because of Keith Thurman's inability to take body shots I'd give Spence his best chance out of those three.

                    Spence is a huge prospect.

                    That's it.

I can remember people saying similar things about Berto FFS.

Levels in any sport changes things. You have been seeing Spence fight gatekeepers and fringe contenders - you have been seeing the other guys fighting at a higher level for the most part.

Fighters at an elite level tick more boxes, they are normally (not always) better in most departments and thus why they are elite fighters in the first place. The stuff Spence has been doing against lower tier guys might not work as well against these top welterweights, in fact I can guarantee it won't. It doesn't mean he is going to lose, but to say he will beat either of them easily - no chance! He isn't THAT type of special.

People get too excited about prospects, its just the way that it is I guess.
