Loool come off it man.... he has him sweeping the first 4 rounds where Guerrero barely did anything, was he really going to suddenly see the light at round 6????

That's like someone saying they had Ward ahead in the Kovalev fight after 6 rounds, there's only one result they were heading to, don't challenge the man's point just for arguments sake.

No. Nobody is discounting the American media scores just because they're American. What's the difference? If there's any bias, it's because some are friends with Ward, but not most of them. There's also American boxers in that list who had it for Kovalev. This is whole thing about Americans being automatically biased for Americans is ******. The US is a big place.

So let me get this straight - Freedom makes thread, gets exposed in it, and is now ducking his own thread.

Which is so true. People get caught up in that when they're scoring fights. When one fighter is so dominant early on, as Kovalev was, just because he's not as dominant later in the fight doesn't mean that Ward has 'solved him' or is winning those rounds.

              very good post.

Its like Froch Kessler 2, Kessler improved from round 6 onwards because Froch was so dominant in the first 4 rounds. But improvement does not mean you have won the rounds.

Floyd Mayweather, Sr. Immediately after the Kovalev/Ward bout declared Andre Ward the winner. It's on YouTube. I can even attempt to post it for you if I could.

He even went so far as to say that he had actually called it for Andre, even before the fight was signed that Ward would win. However and perhaps after a few hours to reflect and re watching the tape of the fight, now he is saying that he cannot pick a winner or loser in that fight which is very understanding and reasonable because the fight was that close where neither fighter dominated or imposed their wills on each other.

I wish that I could provide you with a link of his immediate reaction comments after the fight. It's currently posted on YouTube. Perhaps, I shall attempt to embed it at a later time.

As far as JMM is concerned, he was quoted on this very website that Andre Ward had indeed defeated Kovalev. thereby in his own words and opinion making Gennady Golovkin a far better fighter than Sergey.

Here is that visual evidence I had promised you earlier. First, let us begin with Juan Manuel Marquez' interview with Miguel Rivera of this website "Boxingscene" by providing this link: http://www.boxingscene.com/juan-manu...better--111058.

I'll help paraphrase it for you. He stated that quote "In his opinion, Ward controlled the entire second half of the contest. He felt Kovalev was unable to make the necessary adjustments". Moreover, "Andre Ward, with the style that he brought in the ring, practically neutralized him in the second half of the fight. So I think Gennady Golovkin is even better than Kovalev" said Marquez. Just from those comments alone; A reasonable person can deduce that he thought Ward won the fight.

Secondly, how do we know that JMM actually made those comments on twitter himself? We have no proof of it at all. For all we know, it could have easily come from one of his sons or an associate that has a close relationship with him that could be tweeting in his name. However, the interview he gave to Boxingscene is authentic because, I'm pretty sure there is a voice or tape recorder corroborating those comments.

Lastly, here's the post fight comments from Floyd Mayweather, Sr. Immediately after the fight, where he basically stated that the right man won because he always call the winners of bouts right. Please play the video all the way to the beginning.
