I don't know what fight JMM watched but the fight i watched showed Sergey was a lot more skilled than I ever thought he was. People really need to stop comparing performances against C-level competition with performances against a-level competition

So regardless if he's better than Kovalev or not he can't beat Ward.
Ward is only considering fighting at Heavyweight if the right opponent at the right size is available making him a cherry picker which we can't fault him for that because size does matter.

As for him not being able to beat Ward, we won't truly know until they fight. But I can say that GGG's boxing abilities are very underrated. You can't win a silver medal in the Olympics and not know how to box.

The only advantage Ward has over GGG is size, head movement and the jab. Everything else is in favour of Golovkin.

Andre is an American Gold Medalist after all.
        That's all mental perception.

American fighters got their job overrated in Vegas, and this by fans and judges.

That fight looked like a big brother kicking his younger brother ass, still, the little brother showed heart and skills and gave the big brother a hard fight, but looked beaten through the whole fight.

Dre knows who is the man, and the man is Kova.

          Pretty much obvious...

One dimensional? I like Sergey and thought he beat Ward but he's even more 1 dimensional then Gennady.

              2. GGG - No one will fight him pretty much cleaned out 160 but for DJ
              3. Ward - Obvious
              4. Pacquiao - Obvious
5.Crawford/Garcia - Either or just filling last spot

No one is really running through weights with success these days which is why I said the last real tru P4P fighters of this era was May-Pac because they took on feared opponents regardless of weights..
i agree on list, but Pacman or Floyd wwasnt takeing on feared opponents .one again true P4P can fight only in one division his whole careere and its ok.If Floyd would fight only in 135 and 140 he would be P4P number 1 of this era too.

some fighters are not naturaly build to move up ,and some like natural LHW can move only 2 classes ,and Featherweight can move milion classes but that mean little.

Kovalev has been fighting a much better quality of opponent than Golovkin. ****ing guys like Mathew Macklin and Daniel Geale out in a few rounds doesn't make a fighter great. If he fights Canola at least we'll have a better understanding of how good 3G is.

It's funny. Before the fight the said the winner would be Pound for Pound number 1. But because the black man won now all of sudden it doesn't count. LOL...Chocolito and Canelo are good. But EVERYBODY knows Guillermo Rigondeaux is Pound For Pound #1. I have Ward at 3. I also thought he lost the fight 114-113.

Carlos Cuadras was a helluva a fighter. He deserves to be on any Pound for Pound list. He's underrated.

A lot of those wins were against fighters coming off of loses. Pacquiaos resume is suspect with an asterisk like Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire. LOL
