I gotta go with d. This was seriously only the second ppv I've got in five years. I knew no one was on Mayweather's level, and only got the Pac fight to see all the t*rds idol get embarrassed. This was one of the best fights in a long time. The casual fan probably has heard of both guys, but that's about it. Any real boxing fan knew this was not a normal match-up, this was far superior. I know G's fans and those on hbo's payroll hate Ward, but that was one of the best fights in long time too. Not too often that a great fight on paper, turns into a great fight in real life. Even if you don't agree with the decision, it was far from a robbery and one of the best fights in a long time.

Ward may stop him this time....that monster mystic has been shattered and I think after using footwork for the first five rounds he will start to walk Kovalev down. He showed some of that during the latter rounds.Comment

Ward allegedly put $5m into his pocket on the first fight; with no further obligation owed to HBO (and the likelihood of a possible Stevenson fight also putting $5m into Ward's pocket), why in heck would Ward's camp agree to a rematch for significantly less than half the money of the first fight, with nothing else on the backside?
If that's Duva's/HBO's plan, Ward heads to Showtime, gets a lonterm deal secured to start, fights Adonis Stevenson to unify the division (depending on timing, he may end up shooting Creed 2 beforehand), and then has a good run for himself on the other side (with Kovalev cursing the day that Duva bet her company on HBO and not on him).Comment

Wardrolene will duck a second ass kicking. First he will fake an injury (or use a real one from the fight) then lay low until Krusher finally books a fight. Then Wardrolene will crawl out of the abandoned sewer tank hes been hiding in and fight some latino youve never heard of. Then when he thinks everyone has forgotten or Kovalev loses his first fight, Wardrolene will go back to the Turd Circuit full time fighting 175 pound Jr Middleweights that have last names ending with a Z until the rapping camel ponies up for three judges and a Luiserweight Title Belt.Comment
