I gave him credit for the Dawson win. After that he wasted too much time, some of it was his fault (Ducked Pascal), other times was not his fault (Hopkins choosing Kovalev over him, Duva pulling out of purse bids twice for the Kovalev fight).

So he's basically had the same recent history as Ward before he fought Kovalev.

I think it's a fairly even fight.

Not always as soon or as fast as people think. Especially with Rigo's style and ring IQ, the man won't show signs of aging for a long time.

I thought there's no way how anybody can beat Ward, But even robotic Kovalev was competitive and I was thinking Ward will school "the bum" in an one-sided fight.

He can't dodge the shots as effective as before, maybe because of the age or maybe because of the weight, it doesn't matter

And Stevenson is on Kovalev's level, he's just not that active

Ummmm, he was dropped by Fonfara and has been hurt several times by lesser opposition.

He has severe defensive issues and is 39 years of age, Kovalev is a much better fighter than Stevenson.

I would favor--Hopkins,Joe smith Jr, ward, Kovalev, betribieve, Fonfara, cleverly, all the beat stevenson. Steveson is a paper champion that is bound to lose his next 2-3 fights.
