I don't get the logic of why three identical scores (in different combinations) proves or substantiates anything?

To me the current system is totally flawed, you can have a legitimately wide score card that was a close fight and you can also win more of the fight and loose on the cards.

Doesn't that seem a little bit odd for a scoring system.

And you forget that outside America, every TV channel also had Kovalev winning.

And no one had Kovalev winning only 1 round after the fourth, just these judges.

Another abnormality.. close fight that could have gone either way ends up in UD? weird, fishy, rotten.
This is just case in point.
Care to show your workings or just throwing random guesses out there!?

Too many fans live their life through these fighters and take a loss very personal.

Great thread topic. Some of my favorite guys; Guerrero, Alexander, Trout, Postol, have fallen off but I still like them and am not embarrassed to show my support.
I thought Trout got screwed against Canelo (I had a draw) but I didn't throw a fit. I totally understood, no robbery.
I was rooting for Pac against May but I believe Pac lost because he didn't go after it. I never called a robbery.
Martinez was on of my favorites when he fought Murray and I admit that Sergio should have lost.

People want to say "You're biased". Well, we all have track records that show some of us can look past bias, some are just stone-headed.

75% of boxing analysts saw Kovalev win. I'm not throwing any random guesses out there, get the facts straight.

The average score from the media was approximately 114-113 for Kovalev. That's a difference of an opinion on ONE ROUND.

Fishy because you have a disagreement over ONE ROUND.

Stop trying to push your opinion as fact. More than 25%, including the 3 ringside judges had Ward winning.

Boxing analysts are just journalists and not judges a lot of them have no idea how to score a card some score solely based on pressure or work rate without caring if it effective.
