Talking out the side of your neck. First you deny that you tried to use facial damage as a judge for who won a fight and then come right back and say it's the mark of a beaten fighter....classic! Secondly, just because Kovalev said he held back doesn't mean he actually did. To a whole lot of people he looked plain old tired! Come back when double talk isn't your language of choice. I'll stick with plain English and logical rationale.

Erm, he was tired because of all the grappling Ward was doing. That will tire the hell out of you after 12 rounds.

that sounds about as believable as Ward saying that none of Kovalev's punches hurt him

he missed a LOT of punches, and that bodywork had an effect

So, what will you say when the rematch happens and Kovalev probably wins by early KO? Will that be unbelievable too? Or only believable if Ward wins?

if that happens..... then I will congratulate Kovalev for achieving something that he failed to do in the first fight

                    but, that is unlikely imho.....

I said that the first fight will go to a decision, and that a Ward decision was the most likely outcome..... and I definitely feel that the rematch will unfold the same way, with Ward winning a close fight

                    could be wrong

                    already looking forward to it

I have never rated/used compubox, it is so inaccurate

watch that fight again, Kovalev missed a LOT of punches
