It was quite obvious he was taking it out if him with those body shots. His legs were gone, his punches lost steam and he was losing more on that inside battle. **** he almost fell over on s fee occasions. That's what good body work does. They were both just very different fights. I'm not even mad at the people who think Kovalev won but stop with the false equivalencies.Comment

Seems to be the only thing that ward sympathizers have to lean on, "he did more body work", as if somehow, he gets extra credit for tapping Kovalevs sides.
But when Maidana was battering Floyds body in the first fight,
*crickets*
?
Ward didn't outbox Kovalev. Didn't outslug him. Didn't control the pace. Had no effective aggression, very little defense.
So how did he win so many rounds?
