He also lost the 6th round ,with the knock down added by rnd 7 he needs a knock out to win..more than the bias and wrong views on here ,im more baffled how this fight is in the "HARD TO SCORE " categorie world wide when Kovalev not just landed more but landed the more effective punches.

Boxing is as easy to score as any combat sport bc you are just scoring punches , its just baffling that the Champion /aggressor lost to the guy back pedalling /here and there body shots landed and got the nod in a Championship fight and because he (Ward ) a few rnds not convincingly it was enough to erase the first half of the fight ..

Only numbers I've seen are the ones I quoted. If you have urls as proof I'm good with your interpretation. But, as champ, a close decision nearly always goes his way. This was a fix IMO.

Yep. The Ward fans may be rejoicing, but their guy didn't win, it was a gift. And, they're lucky their guy wasn't KOd. As crazy as it may sound, IMO Sergey needs to come out guns blazing and take Ward out first or second round in the RM. Erase all the bluster Ward has said since the fight. Cuz Hunter and Ward sure have been blabbering a lot since Saturday night.
