This post includes 3 BoxingScene Kov cards but not the live BoxingScene card that had it 114-113 Ward?

    Of these:
40% scored the fight 114-113 one way or the other
50% have a margin of two points or fewer (incl. 1 draw)
88.3% have a margin of three points or fewer

But I guess a robbery is when more people see a close fight one way than the other?

'Member where everyone was using the media scores for Pacquiao-Marquez III as proof that media was incompetent and shouldn't never be trusted because the majority had it for Pacquiao?

Didn't Ring Magazine also have a live scorecard (not included in this post) which had it 114-113 Ward?

Anyway I'm just enjoying Dougie spazz out. An actual quote from a recent post of his:
Pacquiao-Bradley I was awful, but I think Kovalev-Ward was worse.

          And this gem:
...but if those Vegas judges f__k this one [Loma-Walters] up I might have to start thinking about an exit strategy from covering boxing.

Yeah he's been having a meltdown on his twitter since the results.... he had Kovalev winning 117-110 and thinks even if you gave Ward all the close rounds Kovalev wins 115-112.

The Pac vs Bradley reference shows how clueless he is, did anyone have Bradley winning that fight?????

Kovalev is the only champ at 175 that matters. Ward and Chickenson are pretenders...

Feel free to include Michael Rosenthal's 114-113 Ward in this discussion too, unless there is a limit to how many people can approve of the victory in your view Freedom.

The people who scored it for ward were biased. Some people don't like russians because of the cold war, others always support black boxers. Notice that nearly everyone saying ward won has a black boxer in his avatar.

Kovalev clearly won. You are one of those who will always support ward over any russian, no matter what.

Approximately 30% thinking that the other guy won is quite a lot, I think you might want to consider that.

These things all go the same way - despite people always saying they aren't influenced, more often than not the general consensus here goes with what HBO think.

I had it 114-113 Ward, which by the way I think is the most common scorecard even if more people think Kovalev won.

Also that is not giving Ward every close round as so many keep claiming - rounds 1, 4, 6, and 10 are all close rounds and I gave them all to Kovalev.

People might think "round 1!" and that I am crazy for thinking its close, but if you observe the round Ward gets the better of 90% of it but then gets knocked back by a stiff jab, so I gave Kovalev the round, but its another round which can be interpreted both ways.

It was a close fight guys - get over it. Time to move on, why don't we talk about the boxing? Is that too much to ask. What adjustments can both guys make in a rematch? That is the kind of stuff I would prefer to talk about.
